Following a beautiful climbing season in Montana, Acli-Mate’s Mountain Sport Drink
(Cran-Raspberry flavor) accompanied me to Ecuador in November where I summited:
- Illiniza Norte -16,818 ft
- Illiniza Sur – 17,267 ft
- Chimbarazo – 20,564 ft
- Antisana – 18,714 ft remains unfinished business, weather conditions forced us to turn around below the summit ridge.

In January I’ll climb in the Cordillera Real, Columbia’s part of the Andes. Our objective is the El Cocuy Range with its numerous peaks.
