Plan your vacation responsibly.
The higher and faster you go up, the greater risk you incur for AMS. Consider spending a night or two at moderate elevation if you are prone to High Altitude Sickness.
For best results, use Acli-Mate® Mountain Sport Drink at 3 servings daily started at least three days prior to travel and/or exercise at elevation. If you are unable to use Acli-Mate® Mountain Sport Drink before arriving at elevation start upon arrival or at the first indication of altitude stress. Continue to use daily while at elevation.
ADULTS: Three servings daily before 7 PM. Acli-Mate® Mountain Sport Drink is not recommended in late evening as the B-vitamins are energizing and may cause restless sleep.
