All Acli-Mate® Mountain mix formulas contain a blend of electrolytes including sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium.  This doctor-formulated electrolyte blend helps the body stay properly hydrated, promoting muscle and nerve function. B-vitamins promote energy production without the over stimulating effect caffeine and high dose vitamins can cause.  Natural colorings, flavorings, and sweeteners are used to make both formulas delicious by nature.

All of our products are free of caffeine, gluten, dairy, soy, egg, nuts, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners.  The founder and formulator of Acli-Mate®products (Dr. Roanne Houck, N.D.) is always considerate of the needs of those with food sensitivities, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.

Acli-Mate® Mountain product may be used daily or as needed for energy, hydration, vitamin and mineral replacement, acclimatization, performance, and recovery.  Both formulas may be used at any elevation up to three times daily.  Acli-Mate® Mountain Sport Drink comes in single serving packets for people on the go or traveling, while are available in 30 serving tubs.
